1. Why do I need to activate my card?
To receive your “Discount Coupon Code” for purchases on-line or over the phone.
2. How can I apply for your card?
You need to register as a shoppers and it's FREE. To register click here.
3. Is your card really globally accepted?
Yes, anyone who runs a business anywhere in the world can list their business on Korunex.com.
4. I wasn't happy with the purchase or a service from one of businesses listed on Korunex.com. Can you do anything about it?
Unfortunately no, but you can rate each business on our website.
5 . What if the business refuses to give me a promised discount?
Please contact us immediately on customer-support@korunex.com and if you have already purchased anything from them we will try to arrange a
refund of the discount for you. We will investigate your case and if the business broke our terms and conditions of the service then we stop listing them on our website.
6. Can I order more than one card for my family?
Yes you can, please register first and then send us an e-mail to customer-support@korunex.com with your request. Just to remind you, to use your
card for shopping on-line or for ordering over the phone you need to activate your card to receive your Discount Coupon which you will be asked when ordering on-line or over the phone.
7. Why do I need to register as an shopper or is it compulsory?
To receive your card you firstly need to fill out our registration form, or you may have been given a card from a friend. By registering your loyalty card you will receive access to your own
account which allows you to rate a business or to store your favourite businesses, we will also keep you uptodate with a regular newsletter with the latest promotions.
8. How many loyalty cards will I receive by registering on your website?
You will receive 1 loyalty card, however, If you wish to order more cards for your family then please send us an e-mail to customer-support@korunex.com with your request. Just to remain you, to get your discount while shopping on-line you must register/activate your card to
access you account.
9. Can I access your website via my mobile to find a local shop, restaurant or a business?
Yes, if your mobile handset is internet enabled. With the latest internet enabled mobiles you will be able to browse our website when searching for a business, shop or a restaurant in your area
the same way as you would from your desktop PC.
10. How do I know when shopping on the high street/off-line what shops accept my card?
All high street/off-line shops participating in our loyalty program scheme will have our logo clearly displayed on their window.
11. Why should I sign-up for your KORUNEX global loyalty card?

13. Discount Code, how could I get it?
To recieve your Discount Code for shopping on-line you must first register Korunex.com as a shopper. Once you have registered, you will get an access to your Account control panel in where you
will see the Discount Code needed for your on-line purchases. Just click on the Discount Code link from your account. If you already own our Korunex Global Card please you must activate it to
receive your Discount Code needed for on-line shopping. In same cases the Discount Code will be displayed in the offer as some businesses use their own discount code!
1. I would like to take a part in your global loyalty program. What do I need to do?
The first thing you need to do is to register and create your account with us. Then add your website by clicking on "My Offers - Add Your Business Offer" in your account control panel. Fill
out all the required fields and pay for your listing. Your website will be listed on Korunex.com within 24 hours. No extra money or technical equipment needed to set it up.
2. What are the requirements?
No additional technical equipment is needed from your end. To read more click here.
- Your e-commerce package should allow you to create a discount/offer code/coupon or if you collect your payments via PDQ machine then manually adjust the price for our Korunex Global Loyalty Card holders
- In your e-commerce control panel create a new discount/offer coupon/code and set the amount of the discount. To obtain our Discount Coupon Code you must register first.
- Place our logo on your website to be clearly visible, you can download it from you account once you have registered.
- From your till be able to deduct your pre-set discount on all of the purchase made by Korunex Global Loyalty Card members

4. My advertisement isn't displayed even after 24 hours since added!
Please send us an e-mail along with your listing ID to business-support@korunex.com and we will sort it for you within 12 hours.
5. Banner service. 728x90 banner required.
Once you have submitted your business offer please send us a direct link to your banner 728x90 on your server. In case you haven't got the required banner you can use our banner provider. Price for one 728x90 banner is $50. To order your banner please visit http://www.saenzdesigns.com/
6. My ad isn't displayed properly!
If you will find out there is a problem with your ad then please contact us immediately on business-support@korunex.com.
7. Can I change my ad any time I want?
Yes, you can update your ad at any time you wish from your account.
8. Where can I change or update my ad?
Log-in to your account, within you account go to "My Listings" and then "Edit".
9. How much does it cost to add my business on Korunex.com?
You will be charged 1 low annual fee of £120 (approximately $235).
10. I like your service and would like to have my ad displayed on your website for an another year. What shall I do?
Once your listing is about to expire we will send you an reminder with our PayPal details. When we receive your your payment your listing will be renewed for an another year. We also offer to all
businesses to sign up to our subscribtion service via Pay Pal, so that the money for your listing will be deducted automatically. You can control it and also cancel at any time via your Pay Pal
account.
11. I have several business I would like to get listed on Korunex.com. Will I need to pay for every single of them?
Yes.
12. I have several business I would like to get listed on Korunex.com. Do I always need to register and to create a new account?
You can manage all your listings from one account, there is no need to open different accounts.
13. I would like to order more Korunex Loyalty Cards for my employees, family or friends. Who should I contact?
If you would need more cards just please drop us an e-mail at business-support@korunex.com but please remind them that these cards need to be
activated on our website so that they will be able make any purchases on-line or over the phone.
14. I would like to advertise my business on your Korunex Global Loyalty Cards. How much does it cost?

15. Will you sell my e-mail address or my details to any 3rd party?
No, we will not pass or sell any of your business details to a 3rd party. Please read our Privacy Policy here.
16. What if I decide to cancel my advertisement on Korunex.com after let say 4 months. Will I get any refund?
If after this period you decide to cancel your advertisement on Korunex.com we will not return your
money back as this is one year subscription service. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
17. Can you stop displaying my advertisement on your website?
We will stop advertising of your website on Korunex.com if you break Korunex.com Terms and Conditions or you will not provide the promised discount to our Korunex members. Before we do so we
always thoroughly investigate every case and will discuss this matter with you.
